We aim to provide a quality staffing service for our customers by having excellent quality staff, systems and procedures. To demonstrate our commitment to quality, we are independently audited at least every two years to maintain the following standards:


Investors in People

We recognise that our staff are our most valuable asset, which is demonstrated by our five Investors in People awards, first attained in 1999. We have an in-house training centre where a variety of excellent training is provided to all staff.


Recruitment & Employment Confederation

Regency Recruitment has been a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation since 1999. Membership is awarded to recruitment firms that satisfy the REC Code of Good Practice. Regency Manager, Clare Edwards, has been a Fellow member of the REC since 1993.


ISO 9001 logo

To show our dedication to quality management systems, we have been ISO 9001 registered since 1999. Our systems are Audited Annually and are constantly improved and updated to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism.


Benchmarq Certification

To ensure we provide a quality service to our customers, our customer satisfaction is certified using QMS Benchmarq ®. We have been consistently awarded Gold certification since originally using the service in 2001.
